Salary: $95-130k base; 50/50 split

The Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new business in either the Midmarket or Enterprise segment. You will succeed in this role if you are a growth-minded, highly competitive, and scrappy salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will be responsible for
- The full sales cycle from prospecting, to following up on new business leads to closing deals
- Running demo's of the software to prospective clients
- Educating and consulting with key internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with many different touch point decision makers within prospective clients
- Developing prospecting and sales strategy and working closely with your BDR to ensure pipeline growth
Who You Are:
- An experienced sales person with 1-3 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement in a SaaS sales role.
- Hunter mentality - ability to coach and direct your BDR while not relying on them for all of your leads. You want to fill your own pipeline.
- Adaptable and entrepreneurial - you're not only ok with, but excited by a startup environment where things change quickly and everyone is racing towards a shared goal.
- Outgoing and collaborative - you don't hide behind the computer screen like a lone wolf, preferring to work closely with colleagues.
- Trained in sales methodology - ideally MEDDPICC or similar.
- Comfortable with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, etc.
