In these uncertain times, we want to assure you that the team at Pareto is doing everything we can to support our network over the coming months. The health and well-being of our staff, clients, and contacts are our utmost priority.
Whether we placed you, trained you, or we just know you - we are all enduring this situation together.
Following recent events and announcements, we have made the very tough decision to postpone all classroom-based training courses & face to face assessment days across all Pareto offices until further notice.
We are also currently developing a rigorous virtual program that will allow us to continue to assess, place, and train graduates via an entirely digital process.
We have for many years already delivered successful online learning programs, and these programs will be developed further across all training modules to ensure no drop in quality as we continue to adapt in this uncharted territory.
Support sessions will be on offer every Friday via digital channels to provide solidarity within the sales & business community, and as an opportunity to share ideas, challenges, and successes in the face of the current situation.
Lastly, we would like to offer our support to the local communities that have, for the past 25 years, supported and championed Pareto across the US and UK. So if you need our help, whether it’s to collect shopping for those in need or just a friendly voice on the end of the phone; please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any of our offices.
