In a time of growth since the return from the pandemic, the SpaceIQ team needed to double the size of their sales team. The Assessment Day would be held in person at the SpaceIQ office headquarters in Atlanta.
Pareto recruited a strong, diverse group of candidates to come in for the Assessment day, navigating vaccination requirements and commuting obstacles and flew down to the SpaceIQ offices from New York City to run a successful Assessment Day where the SpaceIQ team were able to find the 9 SDRs they needed and double the size of their team.
Working alongside the Pareto team made the hiring process very easy. It was a true partnership. With our growth plans, having it so all the hires we needed were taken care of in one day was invaluable.
