Your Mission

As the BDM, you will be the face of the client, meeting customers face-to-face to understand their operations and identify how we can add value5. Your primary goals will be:

  • New Business: Conduct pre-appointed calls and on-site meetings to convert potential prospects into active trading customers6.
  • Account Growth: Manage existing customers to increase their gross profit and grow their "share of wallet" by identifying product usage gaps and upsell opportunities7.
  • Target Delivery: Achieve agreed weekly and monthly KPIs for customer visits, new opportunities, and consistent sales revenue and gross profit targets for your area8.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the area sales team, sharing intelligence and leads to maximize overall sales performance.
  • Administration: Maintain 100% accuracy and timely updates in the CRM system with customer insights and opportunity.
