The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior AE, you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the company's success.
- Build the Foundation: Strategically research and prospect high-value leads using cutting-edge tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead with Insight: Become a subject-matter expert on the client's offering to engage C-level executives and qualify their critical business pain points.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns-including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.
- Drive Revenue: Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets.
