Job title: Business Development Associate
Location: Toronto, Canada (3 days per week in-office)
A leading global FinTech organization is expanding its team, seeking a confident and energetic Client Development Lead. Our client helps corporations and financial platforms streamline international transactions. This is an opportunity to join a global team focused on Collaboration ("Accomplish more together") and developing customized solutions for complex payment infrastructures. Experience working with or selling into FinTechs, banks, or credit unions is a strong asset.
Your Contribution:
You are expected to be a coachable self-starter, eager to understand, incorporate, and implement feedback quickly into your sales process.
- Generate leads through consistent, focused outreach, utilizing cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Articulate how embedded FX solutions can help clients mitigate currency risk and optimize treasury operations.
- Be measured primarily on booked and sufficient first appointments.
