  • Launchpad to Success: You will go through a structured onboarding and continuous training program aligned with the BREKS Framework. This includes a 90-day onboarding plan and the six-week Pareto's BDR Accelerator Program post-placement.
  • The Progression: BDRs who consistently achieve or overachieve their goals for four quarters are eligible for promotion to Senior BDR.
  • Key Date: The role has a target Start Date of February 2nd, 2026.
