Shelley holds the current position of Training Strategy Director at Pareto and brings over 16 years of commercial experience to the role. Since starting her career in the financial arena, Shelley has since gone on to work in a variety of roles across different industry sectors, successfully building partnerships with individuals at all levels.
As well as managing a successful team of training consultants at Pareto, Shelley also has a great track record of driving sales and increasing commercial capability with her own clients, working hard to quickly grasp organisational needs and individual aspirations.
