Mandy has worked in the FMCG sector for fourteen years operating in regional sales, key accounts, new business and national sales. She transitioned from sales into learning and development and worked with all levels of personnel. These ranged from team leaders to senior directors assessing their L&D needs and implementing annual plans covering individual coaching, bite-sized modules, peer group mentoring and both team and national training delivery.
Mandy is proficient in the learning cycle, learning styles, end to end learning experience, writing and delivering interactive interventions. She is qualified in both personal performing and corporate coaching through the Coaching Academy, is an NLP practitioner and can deliver goal setting and self improvement workshops.
