Lynda’s particular area of expertise is the promotion of the customer experience as a differentiator, leading to her being recognized as a cultural and behavioural change agent with extensive understanding of people development.
Having enjoyed a successful and rewarding career within the Financial Services environment and the Public Sector, Lynda has also previously been appointed as a Sector Coach to drive customer-oriented services and led projects in association with KPMG and the Learning and Skills Improvement Service.
