Find My Sales Talent

Wondering how life-changing a career in sales can be?

Explore two decades of success

Since 1995, Pareto have had the pleasure of assessing, training and placing the highest caliber of graduate talent into leading businesses across the world. To celebrate the success of these individuals, each year we host our Grad to Great ceremony to recognize the achievements a handful of our alumni have accomplished.

These Greats have won international awards, grown huge businesses from scratch, become MDs or CEOs. Their stories showcase their journeys and act as an example to graduates and companies of what can be achieved if sales potential is realized.

This year we've added a new category - Ones to Watch - to recognize those placed within the past five years who we believe will become leaders in their industries.
