We stage a competency-based telephone interview with a member of our expert Graduate Management Team.

3Assessment

If you move forward following your telephone interview, we'll invite you to one of our many assessment days to further evaluate your potential.

4Placement

We don't just place you into just any job. Our goal is to understand and match you to the opportunity that is the best fit for YOU.

5Training

What is an Assessment Day?

An assessment day is our unique approach to recruiting candidates for a job role. The goal is to match the right candidate to the right position. What makes assessment days unique, is that they go much further than an interview alone. Using many methods to seek out skills and competencies, they offer the employer a chance to see how compatible you are with their company and role. We urge candidates to use the day to show what you’re made of!

The Pareto Assessment Day

We welcome thousands of graduates every year to our assessment days. Our assessment days typically come under one of two different categories:

  • Open assessment days: held at either our New York office or on Zoom, our open assessment days welcome both candidates who have applied for specific positions and those simply looking to enter the world of sales.
  • Client assessment days: These assessment days are tailored to a specific company that is usually looking for several graduates to join an existing sales team.
