Well, with our company's 25th birthday on the horizon, (and our 5th in the US!) and a consistent upward trajectory of clients choosing to come back to us year after year to recruit their sales' teams - we decided to ask ourselves the same question. Why is it that for over 2 decades, market leading, global organisations have put their trust in us to strengthen their sales?
We decided to interview three clients across both the US and the UK who have hired sales graduates from us since June to understand their motivations behind securing a stellar team as we enter into the last quarter of the year.
It is well and truly ‘back to school’ season, but it’s not just a case of going back to school for the students. Amidst hundreds of endearing photographs of little ones in their school uniform, it’s also the time of year for businesses across the globe to knuckle down to get ready to make the most of the last quarter of the year.
Many staff might have taken annual leave throughout June – August, and getting back into an energetic, dynamic routine can be slow moving. What do our clients say when asked that question?
In July we placed 11 graduates with Uber Eats. Uber works with drivers, riders, delivery partners, and eaters across more than 600 cities around the world. Uber Eats opened their services up to UK in 2016 after an incredible debut of food delivery services in the US. Now, with offices around the UK, and a very exciting brand behind them they were looking to recruit the very best graduate sales talent to join their expanding UK team.
We caught up with them to ask them how they found the process of hiring through Pareto.
Overall, our experience of recruiting through Pareto has been excellent. There has been minimal input required from our end as Pareto have been very pro-active and accommodating.

We also placed 13 graduates with Konica Minolta in July. Konica Minolta Business Solutions is a leader in the provision of Managed Print and Document Services and Production Print technologies and solutions. They operate within commercial, corporate and public sector organisations, and commercial print and central reprographic establishments. They were looking to build two sales teams from the ground up and came to us to run a bespoke assessment day to find the sales stars they needed to begin to build their team.

We had a particular commercial requirement to build 2 Inside Sales teams from scratch, to manage key customer verticals. The experience of using Pareto was amazing from the first engagement – the bespoke assessment day being a particular highlight!
The quality of the graduates hired was exceptional.
