What Was Victor's Core Requirement?

"We are an ambitious company. From a team of just 5 in 2012 we now turnover $100m US dollars, and have a team of 100 employees globally. Where Pareto really stood out (Georgie, Zach and Max) is that they grasped immediately the culture we are trying to create. You guys had never hired for a private jet business, but straight away you understood.

The first sales guys that joined in June have gone on to create a great culture in the New York office. It says everything. They have done this in a genuine start up – there were only 3 people there when they joined covering the whole of the east coast, and we have expanded to 30.

In addition to the sales people we hired through Pareto, as a result of Georgie’s understanding we also hired great commercial and ops associates through the Pareto US team.
